We know that many customers doubt the quality of our databases due to our extremely low price policy.

Once you have paid for your database, we will create some personal links so that you can download your files immediately, but not only that, in addition those files will also arrive directly to your email and you will have them available in the panel “my downloads”.

You have access to all your orders from the “my downloads” panel, where you can see our complete details, VAT (all our prices include VAT) and your company details.

For technical reasons, your CIF or NIF does not appear on the invoices, so they are not legal. To solve this problem you can fill in the form indicating your CIF or NIF and your order number. You will receive your invoice within 48 hours.

However, we would like to point out that having several people to attend to phone calls is extremely expensive and that would go against our low price policy. Furthermore, the process is slower than using the contact form.

Nevertheless, you can use this free service although we recommend you to use the customer service form as we will be able to assign a technician to your case and send you files directly.

Not because of this we don’t attend our clients with love, we always have two people in charge of answering all your questions via our customer service form.

We are proud of our control and customer satisfaction program with which we manage to solve 99.9% of the doubts without added cost.

We have included this protection measure due to the abuse of some customers, your download will be available for 2 months, after that time it will expire.

In very special cases our customer service will be able to solve the problem. Write to us and we will increase the download time of your company listings.

During updates of DDBB it is normal that the system makes mistakes and delivers a different database.

Do not panic: In these cases an alarm is automatically activated and your database will be manually delivered to you in less than 24 hours. All customers receive their orders correctly.

All the products include the exact number of records, except for the promotional packs of the company database, that is due to the very high number of companies included, the system itself is unable to count them, as they are well over 1,500,000.

0.02% of our databases are not supplied in Excel format, they are in csv format, any program that handles databases can handle them, but using the import option.

We have a very quick mini tutorial to do this. Anyway we will always try to deliver them manually in the format you want if you contact us

You can pay for any download via Paypal, in case you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay automatically with any credit card via Stripe. We have also added the Bank Transfer payment method. If you use Paypal it includes a purchase insurance, so you will always receive your files or get a full refund.
Now as a new feature you can also pay your company database via cryptocurrencies thanks to Coinbase.
